Clearing Out a Pre-1920 Home Restoration
The Challenge
I remember walking through a pre-1920 home in Anderson Park, thick dust hanging in the air from decades of accumulated debris. The crew faced the challenge of removing old plaster, wood scraps, and tile remnants without damaging the fragile structure. With the neighborhood’s narrow streets and tight alleys, hauling out everything quickly was critical to avoid blocking neighbors' access and delaying the restoration.
The Result
We dropped off a 20-yard roll-off right at the curb early in the morning, using our skid steer to load debris steadily. Our crew’s experience with tight spaces kept the streets clear, and by the end of the day, the site was debris-free. The homeowner could move on to the next phase of restoration without worrying about cleanup logistics.
F-M Roll-Off made a tough cleanup simple, clearing the way for my home’s restoration.
